My house stopped cooling on a Saturday night, so I called this company. Even though they promise 24-7 service, no one was available. Fine. So then send a tech out on Sunday, who said a line was frozen and they would come back on Monday. They come back on Monday, and say they can do a repair of the line for $3000, or replace the entire system. But in the meanwhile, they can replace two of the capacitors for a temporary fix for $600. I did that, and the temperature INCREASED. I’m in the same place I was before, just short $600. The Operations Manager, Kenny, basically said “well what do you want us to do?” Really? Stay away from this company, FAR away.
