My upstairs water heater broke and leaked through our ceiling on a Saturday night. I called several plumbing companies on Sunday morning and Second Opinion Plumbing was the only one that could come out that day.

My technician was Charles and he was fantastic! Very friendly, explained the entire procedure and did a great job on my very difficult problem.

Happy staff on the ball

My upstairs unit was underperforming. I called Emergency Air and scheduled an appointment. Technician Lorenzo Portillo arrived and troubleshot unit. He found a very small refrigerant leak which he repaired and then added refrigerant/tested unit. I would like to thank Lorenzo for his can-do-professional attitude and completing the repair in a timely manner.I new both my HVAC,s were end of life. I called Emergency Air for repair. Nate Sowa Comfort Technician and I decided it's time for an upgrade. I decide the Carrie Green speeds was the best choice. Nate engineered/calculated and scheduled the removal/replace project. The installers were on time and the job went extremely well. I was very impressed with their workmanship and friendly personalities. Installers: Larry, Kyle, Jessie, and Louise. I thank you all for the work performed and hands on training. Nate Sowa thanks for engineering and scheduling this HVAC project. I'm retired from the FAA and have upgraded HVAC systems.
