After months of going back and forth the problem was never resolved. The company thrives on quick installs and poor workmanship. Building permits never pulled, zero followup and no maintenance.

I was very impressed with their professionalism. They went above and beyond to make sure a complicated job was completed to my satisfaction even though they could have easily walked away.
