I got a call around 10:15 am on Monday 01/30/2023, stating that Wagner could come out on Wednesday February 1st. between 8am and 9am for repairs. Then around 3:30 pm on Monday 01/30/2023 i received another call saying that a Tech. was available to come put and do repairs this afternoon. I agreed to having the Tech. come out. Again It was Dennis Elliot. Dennis apologized for the inconvenience and delay. Dennis was very professional, courteous, and informative It was a pleasure working with Dennis Elliot. Dennis completed the task quickly.

Had water leaking behind the shower wall and Vince was quick to respond so we weren't without water for long. Gave excellent suggestions to go choose our own new fixtures and was back quick to do the work. Very personable and professional. Would definitely recommend to others.
