I hired Wagner to give me a second opinion on a problem with my Mitsubishi split units that are just over five years old. It stopped producing heat all together. Dennis Elliott came out from the Wagner team to diagnose the problem. His explanation and attention to detail was amazing. He was on time and very professional. Dennis took photographs of all of the issues he found with the installation job that my former heating & cooling company did on my roof. When the job was done he sent me very detailed photos of all the work he completed to get my split units up and running again.
