They say they will get to the job but now seem too busy. Say they will call back, no reply. Now they would rather I find someone else. They don't care that their delay and inaction is causing me to run out of heating and hot water. Their delay canceling the work til the holidays is a big problem, that they don't care about. I will never even consider using them again.

After dealing with two reputable companies, we were referred to Pearl by the second company because they specialize in high efficiency furnaces. They were able to solve the problem on their first trip. They were professional, courteous, and downright friendly. Our experience was such that we are now lifelong customers.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
