Monday a.m. I call Donner and Neill has Joseph out by 930am and the Furnace is repaired and running before noon. The receptionist, Neill, and Joseph all very professional. The repairs are warrantied. Didn't research how competitive their rates are but it didn't matter because time was of the essence and it was a very good experience. Will likely use them again.
