2 weeks ago, our hot water tank bit the dust, the night before the storm was to roll in. Called T-Mark late at night, got a return call within minutes, and the next morning, Mark & Justin arrived exactly when they said they would, installed a new tank, and put me at ease.Today, Saturday, woke to a cold house, and realized our furnace stopped working. Called T-Mark expecting to have to wait until Monday for service, but Jeff arrived within a few hours, explained the issue, and had us fixed (and warm) in no time.
