Not only did he complete the task with great care, he impressed me with his honest concern for my situation. As a senior citizen, living on a fixed budget, he took my concerns about an expensive plumbing repair right before Christmas to heart. He did only the necessary repair in the most economical way. Yet he did explain that it would be advantageous to do more work at my earliest opportunity.
