I had water heater issue, when called they responded promptly and adjusted their schedule to show up on the same day to work on the issue.

Tried several companies and Ben Franklin's was only one of 6 tried to come out same night... Not only same night was here within the hour.Tim the tech was very professional and had the tools not only to clear out lines, was able to Show us the cause and quoted the fix we will need right then.I would recommend without hesitation!!Thanks again Tim
