My washer was draining water all over the floor. Dennis came out two different times to fix the problem. The first time he installed an extension on my drain pipe and checked it to make sure it was not plugged. He also checked the outside pipe that leads to the sewer to make sure it was not plugged. I was able to wash about 3 big loads of laundry and then it leaked water all over the floor again. Dennis came out the cleaned out the drain pipe again and removed a large amount of lint and stuff. I'm guessing the loads I washed loosened the plug and caused it to move further down into the drain pipe. Dennis was great. Very professional. He answered all my questions and explained to me what he was doing. He said to call again if the problem reoccurs. Thank you.
