Best Hours Emergency Plumbing in Wichita KS

I specifically requested Nathan to come out and do some repairs in my hallway bathroom. He is extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and punctual.
I will definitely use them again if I have future needs and if I have the opportunity, I’ll request Nathan every time. He has remarkable customer service skills. He treated my house as if it were his own.

We are out of town and notified by tenants that we had a small leak in the basement, but not an emergency.
Called a few places in Wichita around 5pm and had to leave voicemails. Simmons Plumbing was the only company to call back after hours to schedule a visit. They showed up at 9am the next morning and had the leak fixed by 11am. They were open from the very beginning on the pricing and always asked for confirmation before performing the work. Highly recommend.

Excellent service when we needed them they were there for us and they took care of our problem.
