On 5/1/20 we had a back up in our downstairs bathroom. My first inclination was to contact Roto Rooter. The person who took down all of my info was very professional and notified the company promptly. Twenty minutes later I received a confirmation call saying someone would be out to my home within 30 minutes. A technician arrived. Ron #5592 was very professional and took the time to explain what happened and the steps he was going to take to rectify the situation. He was informative and answered any and all questions I had.
