I called for a neighbor whose main drain clogged on the last day of the year. They sent over a technician who didn't know how to open the main drain pipe...and said they'd send someone more expert two days later!
A total contrast to prior experiences, which is why I nonetheless gave 2* - but for this visit, not even deserving of one.

I called Rapid Flow this morning. Brian came out within an hour and took care of the issue. He was fast and courteous. The problem was corrected quickly at a fair price. Thank you Brian!!!

There was a ongoing plumbing problem. They came promptly and fixed the issue. There was no extra charge to me. A follow up call from the owner also. Thank you. I will use this company in the future.
