Avoid their Home Protection Plan. They do NOT honor their Contract. Boston Standard promises 50% off All Service Charges - this is clearly stated in their Home Protection Plan Authorization contract. As a valued customer for over 8 years - I entered into this Plan in Feb-2021. Just had a new hot water heater installed - got billed Full service. Calls to the office, conversations with Customer Service = useless. They have no problem collecting the monthly Fee for the Plan - but do NOT honor Services included in the Plan. Disappointing.
