Rich is a consummate professional. He completed an oil-to-gas conversion for us when our oil boiler failed. He thoroughly explained the process to us and was present throughout the process when other contractors needed to be involved. Rich was communicative throughout the process and considerate of our needs. He ensured that we were not without hot water throughout the furnace transition process and worked around our family schedules. We are very pleased with the final set up and are very grateful to Rich and Lori for their guidance, kindness, and conscientiousness throughout the project.

Jason was awesome! I had a flood in my bathroom; backup from my whole apartment building spilling on my floor from my tub and toilet! Mind you I had been calling my complex's emergency on call service for 3 hours. I made 1 call to Rapid Flow, he was here within an hour and he got the job fixed! Can't say thank you enough!
