I had a poorly installed Navien combi water heater that came with the apartment that kept producing errors. Simon diagnosed the problem, discovered which parts could be replaced under warranty, and performed the repair with courtesy, transparency, and efficiency. He also helped me evaluate whether the repair was a better option than replacement.
