I have used Sila for years and have also referred a bunch of friends to them over the years and there is definitely is a reason why, Sila is just fantastic at what they do. Ryan the technician showed up promptly on-time, did his work with minimal disruption and even took some spare time to show me some of the ins and outs of the system that could be tuned up if need be. I never felt pressured to buy the tune ups if I didn't want to and he explained to me that the work was likely not urgently needed and that I could take my time if I wanted. Excellent service and thank you to Sila for getting me tuned up for winter!
