Gilbert saved the day. Toilet backup 2nd time in 2 weeks. He was pleasant informative patient and helpful. He explained the low water toilets and some common problems as well as the effect of different grades of toilet paper and some of those problems. He was quick and very concerned about not leaving a mess behind. i would recommend rotor rooter. the convenience of 24/7 is great.
