Best Gas Fitters in Boston MA

I scheduled an appointment for 5/6. They gave me a 4 hr window of when they would arrive. At 2:55pm I received a text telling me they will call me shortly. I replied to the text saying ok, and asked to confirm they are still coming within the 4 hr window given to me? I did not get a reply to my question. They never called me, and they never showed up. I will NEVER use this company! Extremely unprofessional.

We had a lot of plumbing work to be done recently. I am very happy that I have found Velocity. Tom and his team did a fantastic job setting up my new full bathroom. They also installed new boilers and toilets, fixed radiators and gave me good advice on how to save money on heating. He does the job so responsibly and with such attention to every little detail, it's a real pleasure to see when the job is done. Everything is always clean after the work is finished. Tom is very honest, responsible and professional with lots of experience. He keeps his word, always comes on time. Tom, thank you for everything you've done for me this year. We found Rich when we were looking to replace our ancient oil heating with a natural gas system.

He was responsive when providing quotes, competitively priced and was happy to answer any questions we had related to the process. He is fully certified as a master plumber and his workmanship showed on the job. He helped us with processing the HEAT loan from MassSave and provided quick service even considering the impacts of COVID-19. He was professional on-site and was always sure to maintain distancing and wore a mask.

He was friendly and gave us updates on the work he was doing and why he was doing it. Our house is fairly old and had amateur work done by the previous owner and he took it upon himself to clean up several fittings and went above and beyond what was asked of him at no charge.

Overall, an excellent experience and we'd happily use his services again. Highly recommended.
