We Recently had Winters install a replacement furnace & AC unit for our home. As we live in a 5 story row house with AC condenser on the roof & the furnace on the 1st level, there were installation challenges.The Winter's team from the initial evaluation of what was required to the end of the installation were outstanding.They removed the old & relocated the new eqpt efficiently & without damage to any of the surrounding surfaces. There were multiple connection challenges to be overcome on site that were effectively solved by Brad Hudson & Jesse Hartigan.At the close, they cleaned up & left the work areas in a-one condition.They were efficient, timely , very courteous & friendly.A Big thanks goes to them as they were installing the eqpt in the hottest week of the year(95 to 99).Also, thank you t o Steve Katsaros who made the 1st call to diagnose the issue with our AC system & to guide us to the best solution.
