Our technician, Nate, stayed another 90 minutes with technical support on the phone to double check everything. He did uncover another broken piece, briefed us on the repair needed, worked with Navien to get replacement parts (under warranty), and adjusted our estimate to reflect everything at the end of that visit.Boston Standard then sent over another crew to finalize the repair once they got the part.
