Dec 1, 2021 a technician came out did a diagnostic on my heating system, saying there was nothing wrong with the system. A few weeks go by & the heat off & on still blowing cool to lukewarm air. Still unsatisfied I contact Boston Standard again they dispatched another technician to my home who now seems to have diagnosed an issued with the heating system & says a part needs to be ordered. Since the misdiagnoses I've contacted Boston Standard a few times to get answers about the ordered part & still no answers. It is Dec 28, 2021 & I still have no heat & no answers !!!! Due to the misdiagnoses on their end they have done nothing to correct this issue in a timely manner. Apparently this company does not go above & beyond for their customers.
