I had to get my hot water tank replaced. Manny and his son came first thing in the morning like they said they would. Very professional and friendly, and did a great job. They took time to explain things I should know about the tank and shut off valves, and cleaned up after themselves. Price is very reasonable compared to the other places I called.

Jim’s Plumbing is my recommended plumber. He delivered my oil-to-gas conversation (steam boiler and hot water tank) and does all the little things to be a 5-star business -

Needed to replace a leaking garden-faucet water-supply valve. Got quick response, punctual arrival, and a clean effective job. Well worth the $200.-- cost.

Fixed the issue, and was upfront about pricing once technician is on site. I wish they gave estimate over the phone. $500 for snaking a drain is too steep, but I went ahead with it anyways as I didn't want to wait. Job took about an hour. Had I known the price before hand I would have tried scheduled someone else.

They are honest, considerate and professional. They gave an early notice when they were a little behind the schedule than I expected. They were very focusing on their job once they arrived at your place. They gave me their straight opinions when I asked them some questions about other plumbing related questions.

Can't say enough good things about Brandano Plumbing, response time was amazing even at 4:00 am, workers arrived within hours. Could not have been any nicer or professional. This is the second time that we've had to use Brandano's for an emergency and I can't imagine using any other company.

When We had a burst shut off valve under our kitchen sin at night,, which meant we had to shut all the water off.
Called McManus and they came out first thing the next morning.
Our pipes are old so they did have to go pick up a part but job was done quickly and cleanly.

Needed a macerating Saniflo toilet unit replaced, and Andrew was awesome to work with start to finish. He was quick to respond to my initial questions, offered advice and concern about certain aspects of how my old unit was plumbed in, and offered several solutions.
