We had to turn off our water on a Sunday due to pipe issue where water was coming back into the house. I called on Sunday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for Monday midday. Rob arrived on the early part of the timeframe and I received notice when he was on the way. Rob assessed the issue and kept trying until the problem was resolved. He tried a few different things and even got into the crawl space to better assess the issue. I really appreciated that he did not give up and just tell us to pursue a more expensive fix. He also treated me with respect I don't always get as a female homeowner. I cannot recommend Tim Whistler and Rob highly enough.
