Best Tankless Water Heaters in Washington DC

I’ve gone to Durance Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs over the past 10 years in two different houses. They are by far the most professional, provide the best value and perform the best work. Kirk and Adam are the most honest plumbers you will ever encounter. We just had to have a new hot water heater replaced and decided to get several quotes. Frederick was great! He fixed a Navien tankless water heater issue that had flummoxed two other plumbers. Next, he fixed the HVAC wiring to our Nest thermostat which one other electrician and one Nest technician could not figure out. In short, in one afternoon he fixed issues that four other professionals could not. If you have a Navien issue, call Charles & Sons first. If you want a problem solver ask for Frederick.

What a great and professional outfit to do our new water heater. We have an old house with steep narrow stairs, and these guys got the new water heater through our house around the tight corners and down the stairs with ease. No wall marks or anything. They also did an excellent job re-running the lines and connecting to our new chimney liner. Highly recommend them.
