Best Sump Pump Blockage Removal in Washington DC

I have no problem at all with my current sump pump but, I purchased an emergency backup system for protection, in case of a power outage, and needed it installed so I contacted Joseph Plumbing and Drain Cleaning to do the job for me. My appointment was scheduled for a 9-12 window and the gentlemen were knocking at my door at 8:55 am. They went to my pump to assess my needs, mentioned an alternative option to the pump that I had already purchased, quoted me a price and immediately went to work. Not only did the gentlemen install my new back up sump pump but they also corrected a potential problem with the PVC pipe that was already in place. Once all the work was done, they cleaned the area of all the old pipes and useless materials. In summary, the team that came to my home was punctual, professional, reasonably priced and, I will definitely be using them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

Let me preface this by saying I really never write reviews....but Kam Mung was so awesome I HAD to.I had a burst pipe at 8:30pm (they're supposed to be done with calls at 8ish). He came right over and was incredibly patient with me.When he found there was more damage then we previously thought, he only charged me for the extra piece and not the extra labor.Then he sat around with me and made small talk for 15 minutes as we waited for my landlord to call us with her credit card info to pay him!If you can request him specifically, I recommend you do. He will put you at ease and not rip you off.
