Terrible customer service and abysmally slow work. Gusky's plumber came out to inspect a water heater on a Saturday. His report wasn't submitted until the following Wednesday. An appointment for installation was made on a Friday for the following Monday just to receive word on Monday, shortly before the appointment, that Gusky did not have the equipment. Phone calls are rarely answered and voicemails are never returned. When the phone is answered, the receptionist often says she'll relay the message. No return calls have followed. Gusky has left us two weeks without hot water and little confidence that their work will be completed.

Len the Plumber came through. I had a leaking bathtub faucet that was causing other issues. My technician quickly diagnosed the problem, quoted an estimate and got to work. Everything was completed professionally and so far I am very happy with the work.
