Update 01/29/18 - After speaking with someone from the administrative team on Thursday, I was advised that ALL issues in the home would be rectified on Monday. The agreement for service was an 8AM-10AM window, however, I did not get a call until 9:45AM with a 9AM-1PM window, as if I don't have things to do! Victor, while pleasant enough is only caught in the whirlwind of mess left by previous technicians, looked at the 2nd floor toilet which was running water and running up my water bill, realized that the red flapper was not changed with other parts on 2nd visit from last week, nor was he able to look at the 3rd floor because it was not on the work order. It is not and has never been on the work order because of the first technician who insisted the toilet was fine...........meanwhile I'm still plunging feces everyday in my 3rd floor bathroom, although on Thursday I was promised resolution to which I agreed to update this review.....WONT HAPPEN - here is your requested update. This is clearly what happens when you hire less knowledgeable technicians.....Hard to even fathom the technician that came on 1/24 classified himself as a Master Technician....shouldn't he have known to change a flapper??????? Victor I thank you for doing what you can. You would think with the first and second technician, that I am knowledgeable enough to know and relay what is going in my OWN home without a technician refuting my description and REFUSING TO EVEN INCLUDE ON THE WORK ORDER. I DO NOT recommend this company, not sure if it is just the location but again service level poor issue not resolved.....and on that note let me go plunge I need to use the bathroom.Once the technician arrived he Service Technician (2984) came on 01/22/18 and after I explained the issue on each floor, the technician proceeded to advise me that everything was in working order and proceeded to only correct the issue in the second floor bathroom and 3rd floor sink. On 01/23/18, after coming home from work, my son advised me that his toilet was backing up yet again which prompted me to check mine, which also was again backing up, yet again - total bill $998.60 and tried to blame it on a bone. On 01/24/18, the master technician arrived and of course would only service the second floor bathroom and had the complete audacity to say I am changing this part for free which is a joke because if the first technician had done his job, EVERYTHING SHOULD HAVE BEEN WRITTEN UP ON 01/22/18, INCLUDING THE 3RD FLOOR BATHROOM. The free part ISNT A FAVOR, IT WAS A LACK OF KNOWLEDGE ON THE PART OF THE FIRST TECHNICIAN. Total bill for today's visit $285.00 and I am still plunging my own feces on the 3rd floor go figure. Poor customer service and VERY deficient service quality. Have absolutely advised my landlord of the poor service and hope that in the future we can find a more reputable company to service any issues at the home.
