I had a leak from a pipe running through my ceiling. Ken was able to field the call at an early hour, arrived at my house early in the day, and was finished by early afternoon. He was professional, performed skillfully, and caused minimal damage to the ceiling that was easy to repair. He even referred a great contractor that was able to path things up in a matter of days. My water heater was old and showing signs of water leak. I called Aquaflow and was surprised that they had a heater ready to install even during shortages. The water heater was installed the next day and was inspected the following week by county code inspector. I did not expect that.
