Durance Plumbing Plumber
We've come to rely on Durance and their amazing team for all of our plumbing needs. We've got an old house with lots of character, and plumbing issues that aren't always straightforward or easy to diagnose and repair. Durance has consistently been very responsive, done great work, and everyone from scheduling to the plumbers have been delightful to do business with. Reasonably priced, trustworthy - we're happy to have them as our first and only call.

Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling Plumber
I would highly recommend Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling. Limbert was great. He found issue causing the leak in my bathroom right away and didn't try to Nickle and dime me. I was provided with inexpensive options to mitigate the issue and instructed me to give him a call back if the problem persist. He was on time and professional. I really appreciate the quality service and attentiveness to detail. I will be using them in the future for my plumbing and heating needs.

Regards,
Matt

Plumber In DC Plumber
I called Plumber in DC this morning after the tenants in our basement apartment informed us that their toilet was blocked up. Plumber in DC told us that a plumber would be dispatched within an hour or two if we would pay a $200 emergency fee. We agreed to the fee. Two hours later, Plumber in DC texted that it had accidentally doubled booked our plumber and that we would have to wait another two hours for him to complete another job before he could come do ours. I texted back and asked if I would still have to pay the emergency fee since we were not be treated as an emergency. Plumber in DC then called me and berated me over the phone, angrily telling me in a loud voice that, yes, we would still have to pay the fee and that I needed to remember that the customer is not always right. And that is a quote. He literally would not let me get a word in edgewise, yelling at me over the phone while my family sat around me listening and absolutely stunned by his behavior.

Were it not for our tenants, we would have cancelled the appointment right then and there and used the bathroom at our local McDonald's for the evening while we looked for another plumber. But we would not do that to our tenants. So we tolerated the behavior and did not cancel.

When the plumber arrived, he was from a company in Fredericksburg, Virginia -- 50 miles and more than an hour from DC. He told us it would cost $550 on top of the $200 emergency fee before he would even begin to snake the pipe. Again, at this point we had little choice but to agree. The plumber worked for about 1.5 hours, charged us $750, and told us afterwards that while the blockage was clear for now he couldn't guarantee the work because he wasn't sure if he'd actually fixed the problem.

So we are out $750 for 1.5 hours of work with no guarantee.

In sum, consumers should be aware that Plumber in DC is not a DC plumbing company -- it is a dispatching operation for plumbers all over the region. It is also very expensive, incredibly rude to its clients, and does not guarantee its work. Never again.

Plumbline Plumbers Plumber
We had a great experience with Plumbline. Their knowledge and experience helped us save a ton of money and get our problem solved quickly. We were in a pinch and they showed up quickly at night. Great choice if you’re looking for a veteran plumber who doesn’t mince words and is honest about the trade.

I live in a condo with old pipes. Our office always recommends All Plumbing for any work the onsite staff can't do themselves. They are responsive, professional, pros and you can't beat the price! Highly recommend.

Aquaflow Plumbing - Quality Plumbing Service Contractor, Backflow Repair Plumber
We needed our backflow inspection at our dental office and the plumber that came in named Noah was super unprofessional and came in threatening us about accusations that our backflow repairment was done wrong and illegally. He was asking about who did our repairment and demanded to see a “permit” if not he would not do the inspection and report us to WSCC. That was not the case here. He caused a scene while we had patients in our office and mad at the staff for things he was claiming that were done incorrectly as if we were the plumbers. All he cared about was reporting our office and didn’t even do the inspection. We were able to find a different company named United backflow and was able to proceed with our back flow inspection and with the required permit that this Noah guy claimed we didn’t have. WSCC came in and also passed us. I do not recommend this plumbing company especially with our terrible experience!
