These are truly great people! I called just after 10 AM and the plumbers were at my house before 1 PM. L-K worked hard on my problem which was black gook coming up into my basement kitchen sink. He snaked it out, cleared it up and then allowed me to name my own price. It's no wonder I've been with this company since 1991! Because Roto Rooter came out in 2013 for a similar problem, it was suggested that I try a treatment and maintenance product which uses enzymes to break up grease and sludge so the drain does not get clogged up. That taken care of, I'll have to call them for something else (hopefully nothing else will go wrong).
