He was considerate in wearing protective shoe covering and covering the floor with a towel so that he could protect my carpet as best as he could. After the work was done, he reveiwed what he had done with me and made sure that I knew how the sump pump worked and that it was working as it should. He put everything that he moved in the process of doing his work back in place. While this type of professionalism is what one expects from service companies, it has become rare an din some instances non-existent.
