I was not satisfied with the work performed. I found out after they were suppose to get a permit but failed to. Not very professional

We called A1 plumbing because of a hot water heater issue back in February at one of our restaurants. At that time we needed to replace it completely. A1 was efficient and responsive so that our daily operations were not impacted by this issue. Fast forward to this week (June 22). The same water heater they replaced in February needed to be replaced again! They came back out, assessed the situation in a timely manner and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. A replacement hater water was installed the very next day and we were credited for the one they put in a few months back. Good business all around. We will use them again for sure!

Tony came out and helped us on a Saturday with a broken hot water pipe. He was kind and efficient. When he was finished he washed his hands in our sink and realized our hot water heater was set too high so he fixed it for no additional cost. He seems like a real down-to-earth family man looking to earn a buck like the rest of us! We would definitely call again.

Terrible experience called to report a problem of the work that was done and the manager never let me talk and hanged up on me so unprofessional. Would never recommend them. Now my new kitchen has mold from the work that was done.
