SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work and in the industry and I know what the price range is for this job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.

I called Mr.Bertolino/Son this morning around 0830am with a water heater problem.He walked me through the in/out of the water heater and he was very knowledgeable on what i needed. we talked about price and what type of water heater that i wanted..3hrs later a knock at the door. Mr.Bertolino/Son shows up removes old water heater/installs new water heater...Mr Bertolino and Son in so many words outstanding service..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM...THANKS
