Avoid this company if you can. $500 to change a capacitor that cost about $20 on my A/C, that took under an hour. Serviceman changed it before telling me how much it was going to be, then showed me the invoice and basically said I agreed to have it changed for that price. Then said he could take it out if I had a problem with it... The invoice had no cost breakdown of how much anything cost. I tried calling the main office twice with no call back. When I finally was able to talk to someone, they admitted up front that they were more expensive than other companies in town. They also said their prices are like menu items, and that they don't do cost break downs. So they can essentially make up any price they want. Terrible company and customer service.
