Tony is a total professional. As a Master Plumber he knows his trade better than most of his peers. I had Tony out to install a new water heater. When I called, I told him what I wanted for a heater and he was able to give me all the stats along with the pros and cons of my decision. He was in my drive way at the exact time he said he would be there. Tony was finished in a very timely manner. Unlike many others who I have watched install water heaters, he realizes you do not have to wait for the tank to be completely emptied before cutting supply and feed lines. By the time the tank was emptied he was ready to remove and set the new water heater in place. Tony performed his job as efficiently as possible to ensure saving time and money to his customer. This is an extremely rare quality found today in any profession. After setting the water heater in place he checked to make sure that the drain valve and relief valve were unobstructed, because they were in a different location from the old heater.
