Jim was very responsive to our request for repairs to our leaking tub drain. He was able to show up and make the appropriate repairs the same day that I called him. He was very cordial and easy to talk to during his visit. I subsequently had him do some additional drain work on another tub. Great contractor and very knowledgable.
