Mike responded within minutes to our request for an estimate. I sent pictures of our roof damage and he was able to quote me via text. We had damage from TS Michael and needed some siding repaired/shingles replaced. The damage ended up being more in person so his quote only went up by $50 from the original - which was super reasonable. We just had to pick up the shingles and basically pay for labor. He came out to perform the work the next morning - super responsive. He said he's been doing work for more than 30 years and we felt his level of experience/professionalism the entire time. I first called Sean for a residential emergency on a Sunday, when my “home warranty” company would not help with my busted hot water heater. He came right over and was honest as they come. Prices also being very reasonable, I continued to use his services over the bigger companies, due to his amazing customer service.
Eight years later, I called him for commercial plumbing needs at Gringos Taqueria and received the same great service at even better rates.
I highly recommend Sean, Steve, and the rest of his crew. I’ll be using them again.

After calling, I was told there was a 15$ travel fee, which is fine. I was also told it would be 170$ for the first hour of labor, also fine, had something actually been done about the leak near our water heater. Our tech arrived at 1516 exactly, I know this because I texted my husband when he arrived. I showed the tech where the leak was, he diagnosed it immediately and called his warehouse/store for the part. This was about 15 minutes later. He informed us the part would be 648$ plus about an hour of labor, which is fine. What is not fine is the fact that we just paid 185$ for what was 30 minutes of simple diagnostics. No labor. No parts. Nothing. The tech had called the supervisor to see if this could be waived, as I wanted to discuss over 700$ in what would be plumbing costs with my husband. This was not okay with whoever supervisor this was discussed with. I am not dissatisfied with the tech, I am dissatisfied and disgusted that I paid 185$ for absolutely nothing. And that the “hour billed” was actually 30 minutes at MOST. Had I known I’d be billed the minute he arrived (minus the travel fee) we would have gone with another provider. Also, this tech sat in my driveway for approximately 15 minutes, I know this because as I called my husband and was about to walk to our mailbox he was STILL sitting there at 1558. I don’t want to think this was to bill the full rate but I don’t have another explanation otherwise. I don’t understand the glowing reviews at all and hope this helps another poor working family like ourselves NOT choose to do business with this company.

We had a drain problem in the kitchen for several months and could not get it corrected in spite of the fact two other plumbers were called in during this period to solve the problem. We then went on the internet looking for a plumber with an outstanding reputation. We place great value in the opinion and rating of previous customers. We selected Jim Bertolino & Son who addressed the problem quickly, efficiently and with little impact to the existing forest of pipes, hoses and wires beneath the sink. We felt very comfortable with his knowledge and ability and would recommend him to anyone.

When I called him for about 3 of my plumbing jobs, he was always early, walk me through from start to finish. He was very reasonable on his prices and he is my go to plumber. This is the man to take care of all plumbing and gas issues and projects.
