We had an unfortunate experience with Home Depot's no hassle install after purchasing a new dishwasher. Our previous homeowners had tiled in the old dishwasher so it couldn't be removed and they couldn't/wouldn't do tile work. We put it off because we were dreading going through the process of getting estimates, etc. I am so glad we called Z Line and I wish we had done it sooner. We got a text message notification upon arrival that included a photo of the employee who would be doing the work, which I appreciated. Terry was on time, super nice, and did a great job switching out the dishwashers, cutting and installing the tile, and matching our existing grout. His coworker who joined him was also kind and thorough. We were so impressed we even asked them to look at two more side projects for the future before they left.
