Dom was awesome to work with. Friendly and offer a ton of advice. I asked just for a simple inspection to find an issue i knew existed. He went ahead and just fixed it instead of having me schedule another visit. The overall service and professionalism of Dom had me sign up for their twice a year maintenance services.

Me and my wife just moved into our home and we were experiencing electrical issues in 2 bedrooms. Sam, our technician, came out and was able to diagnose our issues rather quickly. I specifically chose this place because of the reputation of them based on their google reviews, however.... i cant agree with any of them. I made an appointment last week needing a quote (not work performed) but a quote to have a gas line run and it was scheduled today between the hours of 8 and 12. I call around 11 to get an update to see when they were planning to come because I had taken the morning off of work, and at that time they told me the plumber was in Williamsburg and was still on the job that needed about 45 minutes on top of 25-30 minute travel time to get to my house. It is now 5:48pm and not once have I received a phone call from the plumber nor the office stating that they were coming to do the estimate or whether an issue came up and needed to reschedule. We are on a time crunch to purchase appliances.... the sale expires tomorrow, so now not only do I miss out on the sale, but have absolutely NO IDEA how much it costs to run a line to determine whether or not we should purchase the gas stove that I would like or just a regular one like we have. I have already sold our current stove and those people are awaiting the call to come and pick it up. So, I've called other plumbers in the area and they don't have an appt soon enough so here we are back to square one.... so thanks for that!

They didn’t reconnect the new water heater to the drainage pipe that was on the old water heater. They broke my pantry closet bifold door and didn’t tell me. When I noticed it after I left, the office crew refused to help me. I emailed the manager who said she’d look into it a few weeks ago and never got back to me.
