On Feb15,2015 William from Roto-Rooter came out to fix a drainage problem. William was great. He took time with me to explain what he was doing as well as answering my questions. If I looked as though I was not understanding what he was explaining he would stat again in terms I could easily understand. Afterwards he sat down with me to explain the what and what nots to do along with recommending not only company products but other as well. I appreciated the information he gave me and the fact he was not pushing company products. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter for any of your plumbing problems and or needs.Thank you William for a job well done and Roto Rooter for hiring this gentleman.

We haven't been able to do laundry in days and after my husband trying to clear the pipes we didn't know what to do next. After leaving two messages for another company, we decided to look at google reviews and saw the local Roto-Rooter had almost 5 star review with a lot of reviewers so we called them. They came the SAME day, thank goodness and Shawn Prunty came that early afternoon. He answered all of our questions (including all my husbands many, many questions) with patience and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up doing the package where they clear the pipes, camera and warranty. Shawn did a great job and was very personable! I was able to do laundry again thank goodness among knowing myA pipes were clear finally. Thanks a bunch and you will definitely be our next call if we ever encounter an issue!
