I think that Guy Smith's service has improved since the change in ownership. I like that email is used more and that the service person is contacting me before leaving his previous stop. I've had some very negative experiences with Guy Smith, which to their credit, they made right, but I like that now I don't have to spend time complaining. I thought the service man, Josh, was very professional and that the did what he needed to do. I appreciated that he took time to answer my questions.
