Tech was onsite about 20 min early, probed for a buried clean out then routed the clog on the main line. Cleaned up not only the clog debris but also the grass and sod that was removed to reveal the mainline clean out.

They didn’t reconnect the new water heater to the drainage pipe that was on the old water heater. They broke my pantry closet bifold door and didn’t tell me.
