My pleasure to share an honest experience. I contacted Cecilia's Home Repair the day before July 4th, the Team member promptly answered the call and offered to schedule the holiday, I refused because I wanted the Team to enjoy family time. I scheduled for the day after and it was a pleasant service call, Mike was on time, introduction was very courteous and respectful. He did not hesitate to start the work and took time to talk me through what he was doing to complete the job. I'm a senior and the Customer Service and affordability is appreciated!

Mike responded within minutes to our request for an estimate. I sent pictures of our roof damage and he was able to quote me via text. We had damage from TS Michael and needed some siding repaired/shingles replaced. The damage ended up being more in person so his quote only went up by $50 from the original - which was super reasonable. We just had to pick up the shingles and basically pay for labor. He came out to perform the work the next morning - super responsive. He said he's been doing work for more than 30 years and we felt his level of experience/professionalism the entire time.
