We woke up to a flooded home. The response from Tampa Bay Plumbing was great. The professional that was assigned to us, Ron M., was absolutely fantastic. The task was challenging due to both the location of the leak and the age of the pipes. Ron's professional can do attitude rose above each and every challenge. We had a main line water break on Monday which happened to break our sewer line which unbeknownst to us that soot and rock was shot into our sewer line towards our house. It wasn’t until Saturday evening we found our cut out backing up in the back yard. Sunday we started searching for a plumber to come out with a camera so we could record what was in our line. It is very hard to find a plumber on Sunday. But Felix responded and showed up around 4pm on a Sunday evening. He worked tirelessly and was determined to clean the line of all these rocks and soot. He was going to have to come back the next day with a bigger, more powerful machine. Felix and a co-worker returned around 3:30 Monday and still determined to break free our line of all debris. He finished around 7pm and was able to complete the job. We are very happy customers and will be referring all our friends to Star Rooter (ask for Felix). One more important thing, the price. The amount he charged was fair and we DIDN’T feel taken advantage of one bit. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to handle any situation. Know that you can count and trust in Star Rooter.
