I am so nervous to call a plumber, thinking I would have a very big job with invasive work probably necessary. Didn’t know who to trust, afraid of someone trying to “build a ticket.” And Rotor Rooter was actually recommended by a Tulsa city inspector as a company you can trust.I was so impressed with their technician! He considered the least invasive option, solved my big problem and a few others within a relatively short period of time. Never had to leave for parts, which has never happened to me before! He also did a great job with cleaning up, I didn’t have to do a thing after he left.Someone else could have turned this into something huge by just sensing my anxiety.
