I had a pipe burst at 10:00pm the day before Christmas Eve. I called Duvall at 8am the next morning and a live person answered the phone and sounded like they genuinely cared about my situation. She said they would have someone out between noon and 5pm. Of course I figured they would be here at 4:59pm. But at 12:12pm I received a call from Hunter to let me know he was on his way. My situation was resolved by 2:00pm. Hunter was very knowledgeable and professional. He is an asset to Duvall and should be commended for how he represents the company.
