Ready Svs was called out by my home warranty service Co. AHS. When the technician arrived, he said he would be contacting the Warranty Co. and get back to me, but I never heard back. All this time, I am without water and it was a Friday afternoon when I contacted the office and spoke with Kim who advised the tech would be in touch with me by email and he was very busy and doing the best he can to cover everything. I never again heard from anyone from Ready Services. Now, I am learning that I have to pay $100 for a callout fee to this company which never responded to me. ...so they are getting paid for NOT doing their job. NEVER Will I EVER Use Their Services!

We used American Leak Detection to both locate and repair a leak in our swimming pool plumbing. They are professional, highly skilled tradesmen. The office staff is excellent as well. We’re new owners of a very old and outdated pool. We went with their recommendation to completely re-plumb and are amazed at how minor the damage was to the pool decking.
