Such an EASY experience. We've tried many different plumbers to replace our outdoor faucet, but each one insisted on repairing some part, but each time it would break again.I called Duvall and they were insanely nice, and scheduled someone to come the very next day.The next day, he came and told us the cost to replace, and after we accepted the quote, he just got to work! Within an hour our faucet was replaced and we had a nice access door on the inside for any future issues.We are just very impressed with the kindness and how quick Duvall was with our request. Needless to say we will definitely be returning if (and when) we need something else!
